Detta kommer inte som någon oväntad nyhet egentligen. Då mycket har indikerat att det skulle hända och nu har Fox gått ut och sagt att det händer. Det blir inte några fler säsonger av Dollhouse. Så i December då den andra säsongen återvänder kommer de visa två avsnitt per vecka fram tills det är över.

I don’t have a lot to say. I’m extremely proud of the people I’ve worked with: my star, my staff, my cast, my crew. I feel the show is getting better pretty much every week, and I think you’ll agree in the coming months. I’m grateful that we got to put it on, and then come back and put it on again.
I’m off to pursue internet ventures/binge drinking. Possibly that relaxation thing I’ve read so much about. By the time the last episode airs, you’ll know what my next project is. But for now there’s a lot of work still to be done, and disappointment to bear.

Det är väldigt synd att tittarna övergav ett så fantastiskt program. Vi har blivit lovad ett riktigt avslut av Joss, samt att du kan ju tillsvidare involvera dig i Ditch the Tech. Efter detta får i alla fall Joss lite tid att jobba på uppföljaren till Dr. Horrible. Där vi kommer få återse några kära karaktärer. “Yeah, you have to see them in the sequel,” he laughed. “We will expand the world a little bit into other areas you have not seen… and it will be hilarious.”
Så som avslutning kan man undra om det inte är dags för Joss att lämna Fox?
